Moral lost through non flashpoint mission?

I've never seen moral lost during a non campaign or Flashpoint Career mission before. I was shocked.

I was tasked to destroy a medical convoy. I am using BattleTech Enhanced 3025 mod and the convoy was made up of 3 M.A.S.H. trucks. They are unarmed and lowly armoured.

I did the mission (it was against pirates! Shhhhhhh!) and in the briefing I received this admonishment of -1 moral and -2 Medical points!

Whoever made that mod did a good job, you should be penalized for attacking a MASH unit

As others said it is a JK mod.
And you got what you deserved for being a bad Merc.

Either that, or another mod you have installed.

I only have the Basic Panic System mod installed, and that's not it.

It probably is in the BTE 3025 mod, but I've never encountered it before.

They were only pirates, man. They're aren't human....

It's part of BTE3025's package as far as I know.

Yeah, that is part of 3025 (and the MASH Vehicle) mod.

There is a mission to escort the MASH trucks and another to attack them. Attacking pays much more, but you risk the morale loss and temp loss of MedTechs.

Glad to shake things up for some of you

There is another custom mission with the J-27 Ammo Trucks that has a surprise as well
