More art fort the loading-screens

Hi,

Just recently got back into the game from a very long hiatus. One thing I adore about the game is the art when you load the save-games.

I was just wondering, do they add new art form time to time or is it the same that has been with the game since launch?

They add a new one with every DLC.

I do agree we don't have enough fort art in the loading screens. Why the hezmana my medieval dynasty simulator does not have enough forts and castles?

There is actually a lot of loading screen art now. It's just that the game is set to load up the latest DLC's loading screen first so you always see it first. And I think for most people the game loads fast enough that they see at most one other loading screen.

Personally I'd like a setting to randomize the loading screens. I really like a lot of them and would be happy to see them come back.

But also I predict people will get the spooks from the lady in the water loading screen lol. That one is my favourite.

So as i understand it, I do not think it is that the loading screen takes too long to switch between art. but rather that it loads the newest artwork and that remains on screen until just before the game finishes loading, at which point it switches to a new one (that I think is also not random but I'm not sure).
With the unfortunate side effect of never actually seeing most loading screen artworks.

This behaviour has been so consistent even with variable load times that I typically use this effect as an indicator for seeing whether my loading into multiplayer games is almost done.

suffice to say, I would very much appreciate randomised loading screen selection.

They're all in the game files if you wanna see what they look like. Good backgrounds too.

There is a mod that randomizes the loading screens and has worked well for me

I'd also be up if they included some of the HD artpieces, such as event backgrounds from the most recent dev diary, though a portion is devoted to how much detail goes ino the main loading screen itself
