More dissent after loading game?

I was playing as Germany in a 3 player multigame.

I was at war with Spain and Turkey in the beginning of 41.
I had been at war with SU, but we took white peace, because I didn't declare the war.

Anyway, after loading the game, I had 14% dissent. But when we saved the game I only had 3-4% !!

Seens kinda odd.

Let me guess, your not hosting the game. right?

Ive had this happen in my games as well.

I think this is the same as the "no experience shown in multiplayer" bug.

Like experience, only the host can see dissent. Everytime you declare war on a country you are getting dissent, it's there but you just cant see it. But when you load a game it becomes visible. So it looks like your gaining dissent on a reload, but you are really just able to see the dissent you had all a long.

At least I think this is whats going on. I could be wrong.

In 1.05c, non host players wouldn't get any dissent at all for declaring war.

Now, they do, but it doesn't show up until after the game is reloaded. BUG.
