Hello, being from South African origin i wanted to give them a try but after looking at their general position for world domination (a merger with the Axis would help) i see they have none if any chance. I can mod the IC and materials to give me a half decent chance at getting some military muscle, but i really want to give them more Generals, Air Commanders and Navy Leaders. Also a few more tech teams but am at a loss how to do this. Can it be done? If anybody knows how to please pass on how to
