More tiles to use on console

I've got several saves where I've used all 9 tiles and have to start a new city, also there a times where the map starts in such a way to where some tiles are just wasted space like it'll cut off a corner of an land but the rest be water, or it'll cut off train lines making it hard/ impossible to utilize that for import/export

Yes, I agree - access to more of the map space would be great. I too have used all 9 tiles but would ideally prefer more available space to spread my cities out a little more. I think this may be due to the likely performance impact larger cities would have on consoles.

I’m not sure how much difference it would make to give more space if the population and other limits stay in place. I think the games devs use it as an excuse more than anything
