Moon boy for all I know

There's a fair few candidates, depending on when you start. You've got the Aemon Targaryen the Dragonknight, Arthur Dayne the Sword of the Morning, probably Aegon the Conqueror himself.

Brienne is Huge, Strong, and a Formidable Fighter. The Mountain, meanwhile, is Huge, Strong, and a Trained Fighter if I recall (and he has slow). Think Brienne might be one of the best.

Jon Connington imo

This thread brings up a question i have on the mod. Are there going to be changes in character stats and other things since the basegame added a personal combat number to characters? That the martial stat recalculated to represent group battle and the personal combat is a characters own ability in one-on-one fighting?

Brienne might be overall the best, considering she's one of the few with almost all the modifiers - formidable fighter, huge, strong, and a Valyrian Steel Sword. Does anyone else have more of these?

Cruel, Ruthless, and Deceitful also add to the stats, which Brienne doesn't have.

Jaime is probably the best swordsman of his generation, but he's just formidable fighter + brave. Brienne is overpowered as hell, she has everything Jaime has plus strong and huge, which is a whooping *8 modifier -over Jaime-, if I'm not wrong. Hell, Jaime is worst than Balon Swann, that has the strong trait. Not that he's bad, very much the contrary, but Jaime is fuc**** Jaime!

But I thought Jaime f*****... someone else !

Jaime duel modifier: Level4 + Brave = 12*2 = 24
Brienne duel modifier: Level4 + Brave + Strong + Huge = 12*2*2*4 = 192

Brienne vs Jaime - chance for Brienne to win: 192/216 ~ 89%

Brienne with a VSS vs Jaime - 384/408 ~ 94% for Brienne

Honestly I don't understand why Brienne has the huge trait. AFAIK she is slightly taller than Jaime and shorter than Hound (According to the books) but neither of them have the it.

It's probably because she is "huge" compared to an average woman? But if that's the case it shouldn't give the same fighting bonus as Gregor Clegane's huge trait for example....

Why does it matter that she's a woman? Shouldn't the standard be the average human being? (considering that barely anything else takes into consideration gender other than succession laws and marriage)

I really hope the mod retains its own duel system. It's altogether more organic, deeper and better thought-out, as are most of the GOT mod systems that Way of Life cribbed for the basegame. The focus system might need to be hacked apart a bit to fold it into the next version of the mod, but all in all most of Way of Life's "improvements" are already present in one way or another. Here's hoping people won't need the DLC to cuckold their liege or duel a rival. It'd be a sad day for the GOT mod if there was no shagaroundery or cruelty possible without paid DLC.

Well I agree, but it's probably for inheritance reasons. If it was all on an average human then barely any if any at all women would get that huge trait and it wouldn't be passed down to children properly? I mean her children would probably be tall realistically if she had any so who knows maybe just for genetic inheritance reasons

When I last asked them they said every feature would remain. I for one hope they'll never change their minds ;)
