Hi, I just reinstalled Stellaris on a newly bought system. I'm able to launch the game, play a few years and then randomly (I didn't see any common pattern, one time it was on planetary view, another time right after an event) my mouse / keyboard seem to crash/get disconnected while the game in itself seems to be still running (no BSOD or PV crash). I've looked through the issue on the forums and saw several occurence of the same problem in the past, with no clear way to solve it. I tried to reinstall the game, didn't work either. I have the latest drivers for my system, and I'm running smoothly other games, including other paradox games like HOI4. Any new insight on that issue would be very helpful.

Do you have any sort of game controller or joystick attached? If so try unplugging those before starting the game, then test with a new galaxy.

If not, I don't really know what this could be, I'm sorry. You mention seeing other cases (here?), but I'm not recalling them despite supporting this game since release. Not that my memory is great these days, but ... !
