[moved] Triangles and Lag

I added a picture. It seems most if not all my Paradox games including CK2 have contracted these stupid lines of triangles and boxes across the whole map that induces lag. In CK2, this hasn't
happend until the last patch it would seem. I tried fixing it by re downloading, how should i fix this, plz help.

moved to CK2 tech support since CK2 is the only game named in the post even if it seems to extend over other PDX-titles

This is a known bug in certain video drivers, update them to the very latest from your video vendor.

As AndrewT stated its a graphic driver issue. Install the newest drived from AMD to fix it.
