Moving Paradox Interactive folder from One Drive

Hello, I have found my paradox interactive folder is taking up too much space in my One Drive, is there any way I can move it onto one of my hard drives? I've seen a fix that told me to create a document with my games folder (i.e. placing it next to CK2.exe) called "userdir" and type a new save path in there, unfortunately I tried this and it didn't work.

Any suggestions would be welcome, thanks.

I'm not sure where you read that, but it's nearly right. The text file must be called exactly userdir.txt .
