I play CK, EU2 and other games with a couple of friends on a regular basis. 2 of us are on broadband and the other on DSL. In CK We seem to have a lot of sync problems because our crashes involve either one or both clients but not the host. CK crashes hourly on average with 2 players which is acceptable but in 3 player the crashes occur every 20 minutes or less making the game all but unplayable in 3-player. I have the best computer so I host, would it help at all for me to run in debug mode and post my debug logs?
It could be our connections but EU2 1.08 runs fine and crashes rarely with the same 3 players.
I'm no programer but maybe future games using this engine could have a checksum for each client and when the sums don't match the host resyncs with the clients?
