Is it possible to play an MP game if the players has different versions of EU2? I mean Player1 has the North American version, Player2 has the UK version and Player3 has the "let say" Polish version.
Does it makes a difference if we play LAN or TCP/IP

That should be fine as long as they are the same patch level.

You just need the same data files, same patch. If one has own edited files, the other one should have the same
The funny thing is that isn't the case. I once played a game, when i had different Cots(i had three more) that other guy.(Mamut, to be specific)

And it worked some time, before we noticed that, and decided to restart...

I hear You Maur13!

In my first MP game (with Zsolo), back almost a year ago, we forgot to reset some initial settings (remember the old IGC settings):D and we only realised around 1498 that on my PC Austria controlled the low-lands, whereas in Zsolo's they were all Spanish!! I wonder how we managed to get that far anyway??? We had to restart of course!!
