mp help PLEASE

when i try joinin or hosting mp games it wont work..i have 1.2 it did not work with 1.1 and this really sux

i am dmz host
i tryed turning it off,same bs please some one help me

You provide far too little info for anyone to help,

you can't just say it doesn't work ! this sux! and expect some guardian angel to swoop in and help. Info is key.

Starting point swordfish - try this link the the router/modem sepcific area -- they will also have details on ports and port forwarding (data gates to let 2 way flow of information)....
if this does not help use the thread there to ask others about your specific hardware set-ups -- I am sure there will be someone else there who has a similar hardware setup as you.

I have a Billion router -- we all had these problems/issues before we got into the MP thing.

dont worry about patch 1.1 if youhave the lastest patch.

1.. What type of router?

2.. Who/which company sold it to you? (I actually had to phone the support telephone number for the router company - they were a great help) If you got it from a local shop -- ask them to come and help set it up with you.

3.. Where do you live and work??...... if you are in a large enough town of 12,000 people or more, you should have a local company there that may be able to help you. If you work in a moderate sized company, they might have technicians in IT that could help.
