I'm a little bit confused. Castellon's helped me out with issues before, and I can understand him being in brush-off mode with all the bug posts (which are not technical support issues but product issues), but I don't understand why he just brushes off anything with "MP" in it.

The poster's problem was not hardware-related. It isolated providers and machines. Why can't the guy ask tech support a question?
