This isn't exactly a bug, but more of a gameplay issue. If you create Mughalistan, the color you get is a pale pink - which is barely distinguishable from England's pink. A selected Mughalistan province is almost exactly the color of an unselected English province. Given that England is the most likely country for the newborn Mughals to share borders with, this seems like a bad idea. I'd suggest blue, which I don't think is used by any countries in the area.

Blue is used by Kutch.
 
Well, ANY color would be better than pink. I'd suggest avoiding green because it's the same as Portugal (which owns Goa), but other than that any color is pretty acceptable, IMHO.

But they don't have purple in Victoria. (Which is a shame; purple was one of the coolest colors in EU2. In Victoria, I doubt they could top the U. S./Prussian blue for coolness, but purple would still be cool if they added it.)
