I don`t see servers to join,idk what i should do. Reboot and re-install was useless

Has this ever worked for you, or never yet?

Have you tried different servers?
 
Then this is almost certainly some local network problem. Add PrisonARchitect64.exe to all your firewall exceptions, OR try using a VPN.
