Can anyone help me with what is probably a very dumb question, that is, how do I play EU on my home network? Do I need a copy of EU on each computer? I have network set up to share files and printers etc; I have a desktop and laptop connected. I have one copy of EU, the UK version. The game is great as a single player, but I wondered about setting up a MP game at home. I tried earlier, but I couldn't run EU from the laptop as it said it was missing some files etc. I have no idea really how to play MP games at home, never tried it on the Net as my ISP is so slow, 24400 max - stop laughing!, it's my 'cutting-edge hi-tech university system - so am unsure as to what to do. Answers aimed at idiot level please, as far as LANs and MP goes anyway, the rest is mine to know...

The multiplayer thing...

You can play a multiplayer game with only one CD, assuming you have the game installed on both computers. All you need to do is run the game normally, wait for the opening music to finish completely, then remove the CD from computer #1 and use it to start the game on computer #2. Things should run normally from there. As far as I know, this isn't violating any copyright laws as you aren't distributing copied software.
