Multiplayer unplayable

I played 2 rounds of multiplayer on the Xbox with a buddy.
Both times, when loading the save, we could only select the enemy factions, ours was no longer available. The unplayable for multiplayer

Exactly the same problem. We started 3 games, but every time one of our faction isn't available for selection after load.

it's working for us now.
the host must exit the game first. if your opponent goes out first it doesn't work
