I play Victoria alone. it's nice.But:
I just search players to play with them.
I don't know if i need a patch.

I guess you could try the multiplayer sub-forum.

Not many players play Victoria multi now, buy Revolutions expansion some players play multi there, more people play V2 now, then old Victoria.
