Multiple issues related to the recent Lance update (empty Hunt event, underage Betrothal wedding, etc)

Description​

I have a lot of issues with the recent Lance update. Granted, most have been addressed in 1.9.1, but there are still some stuff that needs fixing. One is the betrothal of underage characters with a wedding promised, that gets a cooldown immediately as if they are already adults. Another is the empty Hunt event, where nobody shows up for me; this event is the only event that have it, and I made sure to have a Master of the Hunt, switch and remove them to see if it can be fixed. It cannot, and I am stuck not being able to hunt currently, though some other campaigns I do not have it. Another problem is the regency position making characters unable to travel, which is the most headache-inducing thing.
