Hey everyone,

so Mutagenic Spa Attendants are quite something now. Per 100 of them you lose 1% Happiness and 1/3 of a % Habilitiy - multiplied by the number of city districts as far as I saw it in game.

Which means just 300 of them (and you can have way more if you want to) on a world with 20 city districts have you lose 60% Happiness and 20% Hability. The latter can be counteracted, but the happiness is real. Hell you could go in the tripple digits of happiness loss.

The only build I could imagine to survive this is a Democratic Interlink, as they don't have happiness.

They also combine thier overide of medical workers with biogenesis's overide, winding up as Genomic researchers and dropping none of the effects.

End result... if you can keep the planet from rebelling you can wind up with an absurd pop print rate around of over 150% (!) to combine together with other things for a rediculous pop growth to feed the machine.

Current Favorite thing is to take a megacorp w/ muta luxury and pharma state to create rediculously effecient Genome Researchers. Add Corporate Hedoninsm to turn your civilian economy into one that also prints more civilians.

You can Keep a lathe stuffed very full on just your own pops or even keep a large ecumenopolis thats mindlinking to a Behemoth permanently staffed w/o eating into the rest of your empire.
