So I love people who build games. Warning this is a long post it is in no real order. I am not diminishing the game in any aspects just my own opinions. Having played City Skylines, Subnautica and many more in my day.

When i started playing I was a bit confused because I was expecting a HAB. "The HAB", is a two-story cylinder that measures about 10 metres (33 ft) in diameter. I was expecting to randomly land and have to figure out what I have and what I need. I was not expecting to be able to pinpoint my landing.

Once down it was pretty straight forward. My "task" is to set up a Habitat for people. Water, Air, Food, Power. Most people will not think to supply enough resources for maintenance cost long term. They will rush into having a dome. Strip Mine the planet first hint hint. I was expecting something like "spaceship YYYY is leaving earth (watch the clip if you want) It will arrive in XXXX time."

The resources were disappointing. Unlocking the deep metal oh look just metal...boring. The S is essentially GOLD or as I call it Pay Dirt. Once you have the Mohole there is no need to even bother with resources EVER! You can speed up tech so fast, but by that time your already done...so this S has no end game use at all.

Water is easy especially once you get the improved pipes then just make pipes all over the planet to your base. You can drain the entire map of water with improved pipes at the same time. Water extractors keep going until you shut them off so another micromanaging bit. The idea is to store water and at certain times the pumps would shut off allowing the reserve to drop and then resupply never wasting water. Most people will just let it run and move on to the next spot. That is what humans do.

Food is not an issue because just 3 farms in-dome is all you need for overkill in each dome. I was having trouble storing it actually. I was expecting some sort of dehydration system that would compact the food for later. Fresh food would be reserved for the "Posh" people, but "people" don't matter really.

Air was overlooked in this game you get a bit from farming and 1 unit to build with an upgrade. Meh!

Lackluster a bit. We have been sending probes and robots to Mars for decades. There is nothing "real" on the map. What I mean is the anomalies are just execute points for a random event trigger. There is no real rover at the spot. There is no real ore or crystals on the map. Essentially useless. You do get a few Meh bonuses. Breakthroughs are just randomly triggers you might get or not. I can clean the house and play this...

Drones - OMG Cute AF drones. OMG I love my drones and then a few got hit by a meteor BOOM. (dust graphic glitch on drones btw) I would like more color options. Red on a Red Planet... seriously! Drones can be used on mass and eventually make rovers obsolete. Basic math rover hauls 45. 100 drones carry 100. Overlap the them and create a mass of 600 drones. Yeah that happened. They cute tho. It would be easier to transfer large amounts of goods in a chain rather than driving each good back and forth. I would retask the rovers and all vehicles at this point. You can have 4 drone types to do all the work you need. Standard Drone, Science Drone, Recon Drone, Aerial Drones, Build Drones.

The interface ...OMG the auto tagging is annoying. i don't care about joe blow who doesn't matter anyway because he is a Geologist working in a hospital. I guess he got Geologist and Gynecologist mixed up. So don't even get me started on the people. They all came from the Tide Pod Generation apparently. Education...nooo because I can just spam buildings so I don't have to be efficient because everyone is jobless and I have infinite resources. So they can be dumb people even idiots literally and I will have a hard time storing all the goods. These goods have 0 impact other than maintenance. Which everything is highly efficient except structure integrity. A glass dome on a planet that is known for its dust storms....Seriously!

Late Game: Currently there is no late game at all just make it look pretty...
