I use www.freepgs.com. It's free, they allow direct linking, and its easy to use. Only drawback is the site goes down about once a week for a few hours. Maybe that will get better though.

i put the image up on freepgs, i copied the link, i came here, opened the topic, click image,paste, then submit thread

i then tried again by putting image at the start and end

what do you do to make it happen?

You don't have to put the html tags in because the forum does that for you. Make sure you are using the image insert and not the hyperlink. Your picture is set up right as you can see below. You might want to shrink it up a bit.
