Everyone is free to post here. I am just seeing things that concern my with patch and decided to start an ongoing stread to use to post them.

1. When there are units to move the enter and numeric key pad enter buttons do not work.

Games are going to be so long now. Many times in the middle of a game and near end of games there are many times I do not want to click every button, do everything, or move every unit. I just want to hit enter and continue. Not sure why this is blocked now. I happens at times when I don't click the current created spell button also. If I know the spell many times I don't click the button.

2. In first game with new patch I could not save it. What I mean is it would not let me create a game name. Had to name it one of the autosave names from a previous name.

I would say there are couple of new bugs.
-Game crashed for me once
-Right click does nothing when clicking on new "global information" so if there happens more than one thing (2 separate mages conquest city) I only see one of them. It stays until i press next turn basically.
-Had harbor but once every 40 or so turns I had to save & reload as game said water terrain was impassable

It would be good to keep posting bugs and compile them into just one thread so it would be visible better to devs in bugs section.

if this is for any of the actions still being available, then is a problem, as for example if you're undead and there are enemy undead units close to your capital (or one of the other races and have wolves of helia near your capital) there is the button to have your capital attack the unit, but they are immune. so you're basically just giving them free experience without harming them at all. if you can't skip this then the game is forcing you to do things that are bad for you.
 
Unit List button stops working for me from time to time (pressing it does nothing at all.) A save and reload fixes it temporarily.

In my current game at turn 38 the button to open unit list stopped opening also. I saved game with a different name so I could keep this as is. With new name the menu continues to not open.

What is the name of the saved game file please? Is there a place I can upload it so someone besides myself can see the file?

Rune of Krolm - I thought the Runes were buildings which assisted in defense. I had never seen Rune of Krolm till this game.

Question: It only has 1 elemental attack damage. Why allow units to freeze or decrease its attack with a spell. A monster hit it with damage that decreased its attack by 20 percent then I froze it with an Elven spearmaster. Seems a little overkill to me. It is already easy to defeat without allowing it to be frozen. It is a building correct? I am going to check and see if all attacking building can be frozen with the new update.

There are quite a lot of noticeable bugs in the game at this stage, I was thinking about starting a petition here for a pure bug fix patch, though given Alexey's presence on these forums, maybe that's overkill? Just the longer these bugs are staring at me the more the experience is vitiated by them.

Don't get me wrong, it's clear the devs are doing a great job, but a focus on bug fixing over new features for a while might benefit the game greatly.
 
Every time I move a unit the game 'hangs' for a second after the unit has done moving.
This wasn't the case in 1.2.2.1.
Seems some optimization is required (unless I am the only one experiencing it).

I had that issue when I left the spell menu expanded to 2 pages. Once I reduced it to one it was ok. That should be fixed too IMO.
 
1. Harmless but annoying. All "splash" windows now force game to lose focus for keyboard input. Info, proposal, new spell - any such window. Some - or maybe even all - game buttons stop responding also. Clicking on map anywhere immediately restore focus back. It wasn't so before patch (I seen the same bug in Eador, so I pretty fast overcome it... but it still annoying). Maybe all this "stop responding" problems in thread above are the same error. :)

2. Crashes! Any click on any unit have chance to silently crash game to desktop. I played about 2 hours and seen it 4 times already! :/ It's quite new for me. :(

3. Increasing time for each next run of game is still here (and I am under WinXP - maybe it's a sign that error will be never fixed. :( Alexey can you check game behavior about memory leaks or something like that, please? Last time (just after patch) I wasn't able to start game at all: it "loaded" half-hour, and then I lose patience and kill it. After rebooting Windows game starting immediately... then in five seconds... after 4th crash it's already 20 seconds, so I can predict the similar behavior as before. :/

On the good side of things, in patch 1.2 every increase was in tens of seconds and grew almost exponentially (so it was almost impossible to run 6-7 games in row), not current seconds increase, so problem definitely fades somewhat. Thank you for that!
 
I've noticed what appears to be two unit movement bugs.

1 - at times, my units become unable to enter water tiles, even though I have multiple harbors present.
2 - also, weird pathing issues seem to occur now (can't move units through my own, even though they have enough movement. currently playing elves, but I had an elven archers unit not able to move through forest two spaces past my own units to end up on forest tiles. they are foresters naturally, so it doesn't make sense.

I will post these in the bugs thread (just found it, sorry).

Rival mage casts a spell, red icon shows up that says (I believe) "Need graphic here" or something. Obviously a bug.

New turn info icon that pops up whenever a rival mage captures a city can not be deleted with right click or any other way for that matter save ending the turn.

Casting Levitate on Wolves of Helia does nothing - the spell does not go into effect and is wasted.
 
Mind Lash - Ogres

I used mind lash on 2 ogres holding a lvl 4 city. One ogre was stunned the other continued attacking. Right clicked on each and both had it listed. I have not seen that with other units before. Even with it listed can ogres be ammun to mind lash?

*** Is the number in world news a bug or is there truly one one piece of news? Makes me wonder what I am missing.

Regarding Memory: If I CTRL-ESC out of game to post in forum when I come back to the game, the screen drags - the tiles appear very slowly one at a time. When I exit game and return, the issue is gone. I have 6 GB of memory and the fact that it goes back to normal upon reentering game make me wonder. I am still connected to internet and this forum. Is that what he meant by "Memory Leak"?
