How do I fix it? I don't know anything about it I've reinstalled it but it has the same issue.

Those reports seem to have stopped so I guess Epic have updated their client, or whatever was causing it. Can you check their client is up to date?
And if you have Mouse Trails or anything similar configured in Windows, turn that off.
