Expected Result​

I think it would be fixed if i reinstall the app, but it didn't work

Actual Result​

I can't play cities skyline cause i couldn't predict well the pointer

Steps to reproduce​

it happens suddenly a few months ago when i wanted to play cities skyline again on the next day, but the cursor pointer already became invisible

We've seen this with the Epic edition a few times over the last few months. As best as we can tell it is some change in the Epic client, but it doesn't affect every player for some reason.

You've definitely tried that workaround in that link? Because that has a good record of fixing this.

Otherwise please contact Epic support.

yup i have and even restarted my computer, still no cursor. thanks ill contact epic now
