My DLC won't Download

I bought several dlc's sometimes ago via instant gaming. I downloaded most of the dlc's but i can't download the Golden Century Dlc. When I try to download it with the code that I got from instant gaming there is a error message ''Steam can't download EU4 Dharma (Application configuration not available)''. I don't know why the error message mentions the Dharma Dlc. The Dharma Dlc works in the Paradox Launcher and in the Game but i don't know why says that I can't download the Dharma Dlc when I try to download the Golden Century Dlc. Pls Help Thanks

Entering the steam key is not what triggers the download. It just adds the DLC to your account. IIRC I had an "application configuration not available" message once when I redeemed a steam key which I won in some paradox event. And the DLC was still activated correctly. But I'm not sure if the message mentioned the correct DLC or a different one.

Have a look at the DLC section of the eu4 properties in steam. Maybe the DLC is there and can be installed (or maybe it is installed already).

And AFAIK instant gaming is not an approved reseller, so maybe they just sold you a key for the wrong DLC and steam just shows this bogus message instead of saying that you already own it.

Hello everyone. I've been wondering for some time, who/what actually are the "approved re-sellers" that Paradox considers legitimate? Is there a list Paradox has made, which has all of them? If not, why? I'd think something like that would be...
