My DLCs are not all loading

Okay I have all the dlc's downloaded, but I'll start the game and it'll tell me i need to go to Microsoft store when I go it says I own it and it's downloaded. I go back to the game and other dlcs will now say go to Microsoft store. I'm now on my 20th reset wtf is going on?

Did you activate the DLC? It should activate on its own, but sometimes it doesn't. If you go to the Downloadable Content menu, it will show if any DLC are not activated. There is also a bug that causes DLC to deactivate.

Are you trying to playing Necroids? They aren't released yet, but show up as an option.

Not sure what else it could be. Is it all DLC? Have you tried a reinstall?
 
This is an issue with the xbox version only and it has to do with the quick start function

Exit out of Stellaris to the dashboard, and then force quit Stellaris

Try relaunching the game and that should solve the issue [though a patch went through recently that should have fixed this from being a problem]
