My entire army is locked in another country and it's impossible to use it or get it out

Description​

I had 2 armies, main army and cavalry. The cavalry's been mobilized and active on a front. My main army's been stationed in Bolivia, not mobilized. Then I capitulated. The cavalry got auto-demobilized and went to the capital state as is usual. However, my main army remained stationed in Bolivia and it wasn't possible to get it out in any way. I can't reassign it to a different HQ because there's no path. I can't transfer all the soldiers from it for the same reason.

It's good that I'm not playing on Ironman and had been saving my games at every point like a paranoid freak. My entire nation's army being completely disabled is a very serious bug.

The bug is reproduceable, a relevant save is included.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Load the included save.
2. Capitulate.
3. Check the main army and notice that it's not possible to do anything at all with it.

Later on I also had foreign battallions appear in the locked army, even though the battallions were not recruited by me and were based in a state not owned by me. I suspect those two bugs are related. Link to the bug report.

A small update so anyone who's stuck in a similar situation isn't helpless: it's possible to disband the army that's stuck this way, and the units will be instantly transferred to another army.

Hi! That issue is known and is one of the remaining rough edges that the team hopes to address in the upcoming updates. The workaround as you suggested is to disband the "stuck" formation - the battalions will find their way to the closest existing formation.
