My friend cant connect to multiplayer

Description​

Hello everyone!
I try to play with my little brother and some friend online, and he is the only one how can't join.
I contact CK3 support and we could find a solution so you are my only hope.

To clarify the situation, I used to play with him online few weeks/months ago no problem at all, last week we try to start a new game and he was unable to join in to the multiplayer with that message "could not find the game you were trying to join" and when we try to join his game we were unable to choose caracter(or to click anywere)
He also cant join ANY multiplayer game.
We do not use ANY mods and the checksum is the same.
So we try the followings:
i) diferent internet provider
ii) verify the files
iii) delete the folder in the documents
iv) delete everything about CK3 in the PC
v) I loged in from his account to my PC (plus im in a differnet country)
vi) another version of the game

The results were the same... So im hopeing that you can help me to find another work around

(this is a message that i have state at the forum before)
While we were able to fix it by creating another paradox account, the problem came again.
I have made two tickets if you can see them to see what else we have try (269953 and 274671)

Steps to reproduce​

log in, open the game, go to multiplayer, click on any open multiplayer game, vuala, a short freez and a message "could not find the game you were trying to join" PS. we also try it on windows 11, same problem

Hello there! Thank you for the report. It unfortunately I'm not able to reproduce the issue, we recently released an update 1.9.1, could you check if the issue still occurs ?

No, still nothing, I will try to recreate the issue when I go back home, and if I can, I will give you the informations to try it.

I logged in to my brother's paradox account, and I opened the game, the problem was the same, I think the best way to recreat the problem is to give you access to his paradox account

Please attach both your logs and your brother's logs after a failed attempt logs such as error log, system log, debug log.
Furthermore please share your brother's account name so we can check it within out system for any potential errors

current acc name at paradox is "Ρωμανός" (we have try multiple names, like "RomanosSk" etc

Heyo,
We're taking a closer look at this issue, it is however incredibly difficult and illusive. We're unsure how much time we will need but we are definitely looking into it. One thing I'd like to ask you to try, however, is to create a brand new paradox account without using Greek symbols and see maybe if that works.

Did you "locate" the issue? did you find it?
We had create a brand new paradox account when the problem first occured, it worked, but it didnt last, we tried it again after the issue re-apear but with no luck this time

Hello there! With your help, we have now confirmed the issue and added it to our database!
We will need some time to fix this issue. In the end, the problem is using Greek symbols, the only bypass we can recommend for now is to avoid using them until we fix the issue!
