I have tried everything i know, such as reinstalling the game for multiple times ( "full clean uninstall"). What can i do ? Thanks

I have the same exact problem, and I don't know if this will help but:
I deleted the save game files I had and then relaunched the game - that seemed to work. No more white launcher screen!

That is not the OP's problem at all, not even approximately let alone exactly!
Once you have reported the bug in that forum I linked, put the save aside and try it as new patches come out.Thanks, but is there a way to fix it ? I dont really want to delete that save ...

Yes, only a patch can fix a game bug.
If your save is not Ironman it is conceivable that it could be edited to get around the issue for the time being. That's not a service we offer but perhaps the good folks in User Mods may be able to help?
