My game don't open

Hi!
I bougth the game yesterday to play the new 2.0 version. However, I am not able to open it. When I click "play" in the launcher, the screemshoot that I attach bellow appear. 7 seconds later, the screem became black and 8 sec latter my game crashas.

Do anyone know how to solve this problem??

And run the x86 and x64 installers there.


Add imperator.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.

Also if you have the MSI Gaming App installed, disable it as it clashes with this game.

If that doesn't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/pdx_settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log

The AMD video driver dates from 2015. Please try this:

- uninstall it with this tool:

- reboot
- install the latest from here:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

- reboot again
