My game keeps crashing. (VIC 3 no mods) HELP!

Since the 1.8. update. And still on the current patch. My games crashes randomly. With no hint to what. Always Diffrent actions at diffrent times.

I am not able to play/Enjoy playing a game. Which is very annoying.

Im guessing it the fault of my Computer being to shit. But i was abel to play the game before.

I am running the game From steam and the Paradox Launcher. No mods.

Im Running a quite an old System.

Pc Specs: From the top off my head.

OS: Win 11
Cpu: I5 9600k stock
Ram: 16 gb 2666 mt dimm 1 stick
Gpu: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080ti 11gb Vram

Is there more i need to say about it? let me know what i could potentialy do to fix this problem.

PS. The crash Paradox Crash Reporter keeps crashing funnely enough.

Please attach a DxDiag as well as any logs you find in this folder:
\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 3\crashes

1. Hold the Windows key on your keyboard.
2. Tap the R key to open the Run window.
3. In the pop-up window, type: dxdiag
4. Press the Enter key
   The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will load.
   If there is a pop-up window asking about digital driver signing; click Yes to proceed.
5. Click the Save all information button
6. Click the Save button
   The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag.txt
7. Click the Exit button
