My game was fine and now I have this error and it is not

Hey all I had a power outage last night and my game was fine. Now I am getting this error and it crashes as soon as I hit the single person button.

ERROR : Broken code definition for language (0) at tag EVT_7520032_DESC (11613 - config\mods.csv)

This appears at the top of the level 1 save debug and then shows no other errors in spite of the crashing. So I just wanted to get rid of this and then hopefully the debug will show me what the real problem is. It crashes with save debug on level one or zero.

OK Nova Paddy helped me with the error, you need to spell per cent and not use the %. It looks like I had a bad saved game. I deleted all of them and it seems to be fine now. I need to play and save again to be sure but so far so good.
