My game won't launch (please help)

It says that the file is damaged or broken when I try to launch it. Im using mac running ventura 13.3. I also bought the game of CD Keys and never had a problem like this when buying from there. I attached two screenshots below to show what happens when I try to run the app.

We've seen a few cases of this, but have not been able to determine why MacOS thinks a perfectly fine .app file is broken.
