Hi all. I'm not a frequent forum-goer, but I consider myself part of the Battletech community nonetheless. I grew up with Battletech since it came out in the mid-80s, and have been a fan ever since. More recently I've been running a Megamek campaign for a group of friends for about 5 years now, and inspiration struck at one point: it might help to create some lore videos for the uninitiated among them. Well, I've been working on that video series for the last year and a half, and finally finished.

Though the primary audience of the videos is my campaign group, I put enough time and work into it that I thought it might be appreciated for others to watch them also.

Fair warning! I am NOT a professional video producer, a voice actor, or animator, so please excuse any "amateurism" therein! If you can keep it friendly, I'd love to know what you think, even if you don't like them.

I've only had a chance to watch the first video, and that video was very well done. I will watch more of them when I get the chance.

Good Work!

dude....well done.

this should be required viewing for anyone interested in background of this games timeline....or a refresher course.
:D

Hey these are really good!

Good to hear. Writing is my thing, not speaking; I have a slight stutter that often rears its head when I am speaking at length, but I didn't have anyone but me to do it :)

Very nicely done, Good @TheVenge.

Highly informative and best of all, crafted into 6 quite natural and logical installments.

Do you mind if these serve as the History Curriculum for the BATTLETECH Command Academy?

Great work, and informative for me, i love Mechs, have played all Mechwarrior/Mechcommander games etc since they came out, but never truly followed the lore earlier! Thank you!
