It might affect how likely the troops are to sack the land.
Troops in this period sacked whatever land they were on, whether the state they fought for or against or neutral territory they just happen to pass by.

Wow. Sorry.

I've created separate threads because I thought that it would be just toooo many subjects to discuss in just a single thread (all of it takes about 10 pages of A4 format). I posted them at the same time, because they are connected, so they had to be posted together.

Im sorry, I thought you were trying to get attention x_x
I'll read your ideas

*Edit after reading*: I like your ideas, both historically accurate and applicable

Are you aware of the ongoing debare in the eu3 5.2 beta forum about the manpower regeneration changes? A lot of players in this forum tend to be bored if they can not invade and battle all the time. The manpower regneration decrease had led to a massive uproar. How do you think those players would like your Ideas of the war of attrition an losing a battle should be more important? I don't think Paradox can ignore those players as there are many of them. They need customers. People like you and me, who like historical accurate gameplay, are in my view the minority. So I imagine, all of these stuff you propose will not be implemented in EU4.

It's a question of difficulty. Too much manpower and it ceases to have any effect on your decision making.

The key thing is that they need to put in good alternatives to manpower. IE Mercenaries.
