Nelly, since you told me in ICQ that Age of Kings similarly does not work, I suspect you are indeed behind a firewall that restricts incoming TCP connections and such. I can't think of anything else that would restrict incoming TCP connections except some kind of firewall, so . . . . I suggest you look further into your network configuration/ISP. Both Age of Kings and Eu2 use identical networking technology, that being Microsoft DirectPlay. It really sucks ass, but that didn't stop Paradox from using it obviously. Most developers use it because of its sheer simplicity in implementation. If they had implemented their own UDP protocol or used any of the freely available UDP protocols, we'd all be in Shangri-La by now.
