My Ottoman units look different

Currently I am playing Eu4 ottoman campaign right now and I am watching youtube Ottoman guide videos to follow along. While I was watching the video I found out my Ottoman unit looks different from the video and the guide videos are like 1 month ago very recently uploaded.

I bought eu4 and I bought the expansion subscription

I asked the youtubers in comments about if they use mod or anything but they said they didn't used it .

This is the TUR_NEW_INFANTRY_1 from the "Great Nations Unit Pack". It is what the Ottomans get with all DLCs.

That's the KAR_INFANTRY_1 from the "King of Kings Unit Pack". It is the default for turkish countries which don't have their own units. The Ottomans only get them if the "Great Nations Unit Pack" is not enabled.
