My PC is not responding during the loading of Crusader Kings 3

Description​

During the loading of the CK3 in 10 seconds the screen is freezing, the whole PC is freezing and I can't do anything. Even CapsLock do not respond. The whole system is working hard, vents are moving fast, but no response.
I was trying to reinstal CK3, it helped for 1-3 runs, then the same happened. Tried different start settings (Vsync on and off, different frame rate, screen size, etc.) - nothing helped. I don't want to break my PC.

It started to happen in a week, before that the game was working stable, no issues, no crashes. I switched off all mods, the game is fully clean, even cleaned the \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III, but it also didn't helped. With all the other programs and games I have no issues at all, all tests were passed. All the latest updates for system, drivers, processor and video card were installed.

I have no idea what to attach, I have no crush files at least because there is no crash - the system is just paralyzed, and I can't wait for hours before it break my PC.

Thank you for your report. There is a chance that this issue is connected to your processor, which generates issue not only for CK3, but multiple Paradox titles. Have you updated your bios? I have the latest BIOS, according to my update center.
I've seen this article previously,
Unfortunately, I have a laptop, and I'm a bit afraid of making some settings for motherboard or processor manually (in BIOS I have no such settings, probably, Lenovo doesn't allow changing this setting manually), and seems like it's an issue not to the throttling or something, the temperatures are stable (changing power watts, power or temperature limits for CPU didn't help). CK3 just loading my processor for 100% (because for first 3-10 sec I'm able to move my mouse, but it's really pasty, disappears and appears again, but then - no response from the whole system.

+ Previously I've never faced with such an error. 2 Weeks ago everything was fine The PC settings were not changed.

If that's the case, best advice for now would be to go to our Tech Support and search for help there - they will probably help better about this technical-specific issue. What can I advice for you if you want to play instantly is to revert version of the game and check if this helps.

I guess you may close it for now. Maybe the better way would be just to wait for some updates related to BIOS or smth.
