My problem with Gangs

Hi guys, I don't know what to do with Gangs now, they seem to constantly fight and kill many prisoners and guards.
It gets to a point where I am getting 10+ deaths a day and I don't know what to do to reduce the violence and temperature in the prison.

Any help/tips you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Im not a mod but if you have Dynamic reputations and Gang special Reputation both on, i would recommend you switching one of them off.
It helped me.
