Summary
My province was released/defected as a result of a war I was not involved in.Description
I'm playing as a Mutapa and my province Semien defected to Warsangali as a result of a peace treaty from a war I was never involved in.In a war that I was never involved in, Ethiopia won a war against Adal and in their peace treaty (12/09/1502) released Warsangali in the province of Togdheer among other things. In the next day (13/09/1502) my core provice Semien defected to Warsangali.
Semien was occupied by Jewish Zealot rebels as I was preparing to flip religions. It is not the same culture as Warsangali, nor was it Adal or Warsangali core.
As a second note. Warsangali and Marehan were released as Jewish countries, initially without any Jewish provinces. Tbh, this might be working as intended, because most of their cores are owned by me and are Jewish at the time they were released in the Ethiopia-Adal war. (This also happened when I re-ran the game from the backup-save and the peace treaty was different)
Steps to reproduce
1) Load the save 'Hannukka_DEFECT.eu4'2) Wait for Ethiopia to peace Adal out (likely within September 1502)
3) Observe the outcome
NOTE: I could not reproduce the issue with re-loads. It seems very rare/specific. I have attached also save file 'Hannukka_Backup.eu4' (game date 13/09/1502, on the day of the province defect), where one can see the province history (rebel occupations / core history etc.)
EDIT: UPDATE - Semien defects still in other saves. again without any rebel occupation besides Jewish Zealots. To reproduce just let the game run for a few months after the Ethiopia-Adal peace treaty where Warsangali gets released.
