When I at war against MSI (Payback origin) their border far from my home world and my vassal. I built Gateway near MSI border and inside my vassal border, but I never saw my vassal or my federation member use the gateway. instead use common hyperlane and hyper relay, that took a lot of time for them to arrive near MSI border. this including wormhole inside my border that connected to near MSI border. is there any setting that I missed to enable my vassal and my federation member?

got reply on steam, my vassals and federation members need researched gateway tech and wormhole stabilization to use wormhole

The gateway should be usable without any technology provided they have access to it.
