If you open \db\province.csv in Excel you'll notice several lines exceeding the row specification of the first line, usually by two but sometimes by six rows. Does anyone know why this has been so and if it causes any harm?
I was able to trace it down as far as vanilla Hoi2 DD.

A second, probably minor issue: At least three provinces (1138, 1154/55) have a port exit zone specified but there's no permission to build a port there. The result is that naval distances to this location are calculated despite having no port nor the option to build one.

I've seen this, too. I've always wondered if these are actually needed. Have you made a test run after removing these "superfluous" columns?

That are leftovers of earlier (map) changes. While revising naval areas and regions of the E3 map I've cleaned them up. Only simple soft-coding skills are needed, but don't be surprised if the exe wants to create a new navaldist.tbl file afterwards. ;)
