I, uhm was using multiple other mods alongside it (I'd used the same combination before except for Mythos 2 and not crashed, but still) and was cheating like a cheating cheater, so it may not be useful (I felt, after looking into Mythos 2's files and seeing there were at least changes to the localisation of Hellenic gods that it might be worth asking to see if anyone had encountered it in a proper Mythos 2 run).

Do you happen to be using a mod that lets you take more doctrines? I know those conflict since we both need to edit the vanilla religion file.
I did, and thought I'd looked at the two mods and not seen any overlap... but somehow missed that both edits 00_features. Sorry about the false report!

I'm not sure if this problem is caused by this mod, but my family is burning their own (underage) children at the stake for apostasy. EDIT: He had another child, his wife (the diviner) told him she was an apostate, he burned her.

Sounds to me like your AI-controlled, zealous heir takes their court whatsit's word for 110% truthful.
Or he really really hates children.

So, I just noticed that Hel (as in, Loki's daughter) doesn't have the God, demi-god, blood of the gods, giant, or half-giant trait, despite Loki having the giant and God trait and Angrboda having the demigod and giant traits, and her being 132 years old(I did charinfo just in case the traits became hidden somehow, and her health is only 5.5, so she doesn't have them).

She's also hanging around on Earth. Don't know if that's supposed to happen.

This is CK2. Every tried to plot against a child? Everyone hates children.

As for Hel, I'm not sure how I missed out on those traits, but they'll be in the next version. For her being on earth, she probably got banished or married.

This would seem somewhat reasonable, but some of them are HER children as well. She's telling her husband that her children are apostates and should be burned at the stake.. and he's listening to her. Also, for more context of this situation: the children are either demigods, half-giants, or half-giant demigods. She gained the "monster hunter" trait (I assume it was off of burning her own children). She's a god that converted to Celtic as a child.

Do you know how your wife converted? Gods shouldn't be able to convert outside of their pantheon, but I might have missed a way.
Heritage focus.

EDIT: On an unrelated note, portrait backgrounds appear to have broken in the most recent update, also, magic focus doesn't display properly after selected by a ruler.

I'm aware of the portrait issue and am working on a 3.0.1 compatibility patch.
Magic Focus has always had issues displaying on the character sheet, which I've never managed to track down. I'll take another look at it.
I'll also need to look in to the religion conversion events for Heritage and Faith focus to make sure that they can't move gods out of their pantheon.
I'll also take a look at the events for Hunt Apostates, though the only changes I made were the ability to find werewolves and vampires, so that sounds like vanilla behavior.

I tried using the "summon ethereal army" decision and it did nothing, whether it backfired or not, the units didn't spawn. BTW I'm using other mods if that matters. I'm playing Davakonus.

EDIT: I don't remember the exact focus, it was one of this list: religion, carousing, seduction, or magic

I was playing Draconic Dragon of the Draconic religion (Davakonus) I was a king and a vassal of the Byzantine Empire.

What religion were you and what lifestyle did you have? The effect branches off a few conditions, so that can help me find the failure.
Also, what other mods were you using? I don't think any other mods should conflict with it, but it will help to know.

I recently had same problem, I was not using any other mod besides "no more trade post sound" and "no artifact losing". I was playing as Greek character if it means anything, I think I was also using custom/created character from designer.

Edit: Orthodox religion and religious lifestyle I was using.

I just reformed the Draconic religion... I have already had two of my vassals ask me for TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DUCETS, worse, I had no ability to refuse giving them the requested amount. Please fix this as quickly as possible. They also already had a few hundred gold, and most definitely didn't need to "beg" like the prompt said. Edit: They seem to ask for what will put you exactly at -999 ducats, and it will set your money to that value no matter what you had before.

Edit: The Reformed Draconic religion seems to lack the seafaring, prepare invasion, and concubine mechanics of its unreformed counterpart.
Edit 2: Instead of seafaring I meant to say traveling through major rivers on boat.

Ah, I forgot that the Sapphire Flame interactions were designed with the idea that that title would always be held by an AI. They may take a while to rework since I'll also need to make sure everything stays functional with Autocephaly and No Leader, which I do expect to eventually turn back on. Beyond just adding options, I need to adjust them to not get spammy when a player controls the title.

They aren't set to ask for enough to put you at -999, that's just the game's cap. They shouldn't be able to ask for more than you have, and it should probably be more of a loan... Perhaps the Sapphire Flame should have access to the Merchant Republic loan mechanic

Most reformed religions lose features like that, but you can use your doctrine selections to get them back - Norse pagans lose Invasions and Seafaring on reformation, for example.
Losing concubines was caused by a typo, though.
Unreformed Draconic Pagans never had seafaring, though the changes to Wales and England have made early looting much more difficult without it for Faroyar, so they will probably be gaining it.
