I just downloaded ur scenario to have a shot of it and I like it a lot except for a few small niggly things.
The ugly old graphics for some of the countries - why aint u EGUFSM'ed up yet?
And the AI is rather wild and mental. Much like normal vanilla EU2. Anyway to fix that like AGCEEP does?

I have signed up with savefile so it should be ok (fingers crossed), but I appreciate the offer and if savefile does not want to play ball I will certainly give you a call.
I have done about half the shields and found some better source images for some of the native indians.

i know you're working on EGUFSM versions of your native american shields, but anyways...
i was playing an Iroquois game on ExtraWatK (which now includes the NAJF mod), and i didn't like that some of the tribes had cool "animal skin" shields and some didn't, so i quickly made up some new shields for the new nations. feel free to use them if you don't already have better.
