Who names the Planets/Systems? If the AI names them, than are the names based on phenotype? What about unsettled planets/Systems?

I hope they are able to be customized. One of my big gripes about GalCiv3 is the fact that you have to deal with all those ridiculous founder star names.

Thank you! I posted about this on the Stardock forums during development (I'm a founder... oops). The more I play Stardock games, the more I realize the good things about them are spoiled by several sloppy details.
Not to mention the joke events that aren't very funny to begin with. I really don't like being reminded about fifty shades of gray when I'm trying to be space emperor, I mean, I don't want to dominate in that way.
