Britain has one seat free
So has France
Prussia has two seets free.
The ottoman empire is totaly free(and allied to France)
There are a lot other players as well.

What is this role play really about? Do the players actually control any military forces or money? Do the players simply write back and forth to each other, or is there some game with military and economic and political competition to base the role play on as a competition?

it is more the militaristic.
YOur a commander in the army.
YOu spend cash on army, nation economy
and strike with your armies
