This thread will provide a place for finished nation overviews to be placed.

This is NOT the thread to discuss them.

Here is a sample overview, from Abe I:

Country: The Most Serene Republic of Genoa
Culture: Italian, (Greek)
Religion: Catholic
Tier: 2

Generals: 2
Admirals: 1
Monarchs: 2-3

Golden Age: Circa 1420-1650
Downtime: should begin to plateau moving into the late 17th century
Event-driven conflicts: Competes for Ragusa, Will target Algiers, the Mamelukes, Sicily and quite possibly the Byzantium, involved in struggle for the Pillars of Hercules

Cores: Genoa, Venice, West Mediterranean Islands, (added later - possibly) Istria, Sicily "beyond the Lighthouse", Orania, Alexandria, Athens + the Pelonpennese, Crete, Cyprus, Ionia, Sea of Azow, Pillars of Hercules

Colonizing Potential: 1-2 (only a few explorers, but one of them comes quite early, played well, Genoa should be competative).

Vision & Playstyle:
Unique advantages and disadvantages, excellent leadership, a peerless naval school. Genoa can be a staggeringly wealthy little nation if played in a savvy fashion. They are not to be trusted.

Natural Allies: Tuscany, Byzantium (pre-1632), Savoy
Enemies: Sicily, Milano, anything Muslim, possibly the Byzantium as well

The key information (please post in the following organization)

This will make coding AIs and organizing things much easier; please only post countries that have already been discussed and a plan hammered out.

Country: Teutonic Order
Culture: Baltic, Polish, (Russian)
Religion: Catholic, goes CRC
Tier: 2

Generals: 1
Admirals: 5 (2-3 after 1680 with the Whites)
Monarchs: 2-3

Golden Age: 1700 onwards
Downtime: should get steadily weaker from about 1540 to 1680
Event-driven conflicts: Crusade in Russia, conquest of Poland, civil war, religious war in Germany

Cores: Baltic-culture provinces, Poland, (Russian provs, Gulf of Finland, Sjaelland and Gotland, extra border provinces)

Colonizing potential: 4 - no pioneers before 1680

Natural Allies: Hanseatic League, Bavaria (if they are Catholic)
Enemies: Hungary, any Orthodox or Reformed country within its reach

Notes: With the Greys after 1680, the TO is a balanced power, with fairly good ability in all fields. Under other circumstances, the Order is more an army with a country than the other way around. This somewhat compensates for their mediocre economy and diplomatic position, but the Order needs to strike hard and fast before its enemies become too strong/high-tech.

Country: The Hanseatic League
Culture: Hanseatic, (extreme situations revert to either German OR Baltic)
Religion: Catholic, goes Protestant, OR Reformed.
Tier: 3

Generals: 2 (Pleskows) OR 4 (Parliament)
Admirals: 1
Monarchs: generally EITHER Military OR Admin

Golden Age: 1421-1529
Downtime: loses empire and financial difficulties from 1529 to 1628.
Event-driven conflicts: Kalmar over the Sund, Norway for Bergen, Tver and Suzdal for Nizhgorod, rebellions.

Cores: Northern Germany, Koln, Novgorod, Anglia, Bergen, Firenze (Nizhgorod Brandenburg) Can lose these cores as well.

Colonizing potential: 3 - starts late 1400s. Many Explorers, but few Conquistadors.

Natural Allies: German minors, other land based nations.
Enemies: Kalmar, Norway, Teutonic Order (!), Scotland

Notes: Hansa has an opportunity to expand rapidly during the 1400s, and is rich enough to afford some early wars. Difficulty retaining it's widely-spread empire during the 1500s and 1600s. Resurrection events in late 1600s help survival into the 1700s.
