Native Religious Reforms Broken

Description​

If you adopt a native religion (Nahuatl, Mayan, Inti) as an outsider, then adopt ANOTHER native religion, reforms for all native religions you could take will be broken.

This is with the El Dorado DLC.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Start as Ryukyu or some other nation not native to the new world.
2. Become Nahuatl through Cholula temple event.
3. Acquire a Mayan ruler through Elective Monarchy or otherwise.
4. Get the "Question of Faith" event, changing the state religion to Mayan.
5. Notice the bottom right button showing religious reforms is no longer visible, and mouse over number of colonists to verify that the bonus is not being provided.

I got this too when I play ryukyu.
Changing to native religion as reformed tech works only once.
So if you mayan high america (or chinese), switch to nahuatl, it will give you nahualt + all reform.
But second time you move from nahuatl fron maya, you wont get those reform for free. Instead you lose all.

Apparently its a pretty fundamental glitch and there is nothing much you can do about it
I can recreate it consistently
but the basic jist is that you can only ever flip to one settled primitive religion without it breaking
If you ever flip out and flip back to the same one or to another settled primitive religion, it will be f*cked too
