Hello all,

I did a little search and besides for PC I can't seem to find an answer.

How do I prevent the other city traffic from choosing to go right through the middle of my city center to get to the other highway. They have no stops etc and (heavy traffic ban) is completely useless.

I know on my PC I can use a mod to stop this so I'm unaware if there is a way in vanilla.

Thank you for all input.

Probably best to post some screenshots of this , some with the traffic filter on.

First is with road disconnected second is with it reconnected. All traffic that would normally go from the "naughbor city" to the other "naughbor city" chooses to go straight through the city as "shortest path"

Put a 6 lane ring road in that connects the 2 highways, the traffic will use that as long as you citycenter roads are no larger than 4 lane.
Just search internet for road hierarchy in Cities skylines, that will explain.

Thank you, but I'd like not to have to do that. I have an idea what I'm going to have to do later but I wanted to know if there was any other way before creating a whole secondary highway
